I had to move back to Connecticut in an urgent situation and literally had just a weekend to come out to review rentals. She cleared the decks for my arrival, had arranged a handful of perfect locations with great features, as well as options above and below for my consideration as well. When I chose a location, she fought others for it so I could get it, and assisted throughout all steps of the application process, including dealing with some unique and tricky financials.
