Wendy simply ‘gets things done’. She helped us buy our house back in 2021 and she also helped us get it for about %15 lower than the asking price! And just just yesterday, we closed on an investment property with her. Everything went really smooth and we were able to close very quickly. She also has a lot of local contacts since she has been doing this for a long time. She helped us find a contractor, a lawyer, the mortgage lender, basically everything you need when you are buying a property. She is super responsive and will get back to you usually within minutes. Wendy was very personable, timely, and kind. She was open to answering any question I had and communicated wonderfully through text, call, email, and FaceTime.
