Wendy moved more than 5 decades ago to New Haven as a toddler. She grew up in East Rock, attended The Foote School and Hamden Hall, and participated within the Yale community in many activities, as her father was the Chief of Cardiology for years at Yale. Wendy’s childhood memories include music lessons at The Neighborhood Music School, Ice Skating at “The Yale Whale” Carrot Cake at Claire’s, and endless visits to The Peabody Museum. Wendy left New Haven to attend Boston University and then accepted a position as the head of sales for a nationwide firm based in San Diego. After much international travel, a marriage and a child on the way, Wendy moved back to New Haven (you can leave your hometown but sometimes it just beckons you back home) and raised two fabulous daughters (with many poodles in tow) and settled in Spring Glen, Hamden and now calls the Guilford shoreline home.

Wendy has been a Realtor for the past 13 years, with a focus on residential sales, rentals, and investment properties for her many clients. The majority of her sales and leasing have been in the East Rock, Wooster Square, Hamden, Westville, Branford and Guilford areas of New Haven County. Wendy has represented her sellers, buyers and tenants in over 400 sales and rental transactions. She brings the experience, knowledge of the surrounding areas (including every dog park, hidden beach, best pet groomers and restaurants) in addition to the very seasoned professionals needed to help close a transaction from the highly rated local mortgage brokers, inspection companies, radon companies, contractors, and the best closing real estate attorneys in the area. Wendy is a wonderful negotiator and strives to make each real estate transaction as seamless as possible. Her sellers are continually amazed at the sale price they have received for their properties and her buyers have all bought their dream houses even in a very competitive market.
