Wendy Cohen Realty is a new boutique real estate brokerage firm located in the heart of New Haven with extensive experience in Wooster Square, East Rock, Hamden, and beyond. We offer the personalized and experienced touch that is hard to find in larger firms. The two brokers at the firm have a combined 25 years of experience in the real estate arena.
The owner and broker, Wendy Cohen, grew up in East Rock and has deep roots in the community. With her father practicing Cardiology at Yale for the past 50 years, as head of cardiology for years, Wendy has cultivated a wealth of valuable contacts that she leverages to benefit her clients. This network, combined with our team’s knowledge of the area and tireless work ethic, ensures that every step of the sale and rental process, from finding the perfect home to finalizing the paperwork, feels effortless.
In addition to sales, our firm specializes in luxury rentals in the New Haven and Hamden area. We have listed hundreds of the most luxurious boutique apartments and condos in the area, making us the go-to choice for discerning renters.
