I “met” Wendy online during the peak of the global COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, my long-term job contract in Asia was abruptly terminated, and I had only a few weeks to relocate my entire family back to Connecticut. Under such extraordinary circumstances, this seemed like an impossible mission. By chance, I found Wendy on Zillow. Without ever having met me in person, she miraculously helped me achieve the impossible—finding, securing and closing one of the most beautiful estates in the Yale area for my family in record time. She accomplished what all my family and friends thought was unthinkable.

Recently, she once again helped me navigate another seemingly impossible deal. This time, it was an incredibly stunning historical landmark—its breathtaking architecture was matched only by the challenges of its aging structure and outdated systems. These complexities led to difficult negotiations between the buyer and seller, and the deal teetered on the brink of collapse multiple times. But Wendy, with the expertise of an Oscar-winning agent and the wisdom of a seasoned professional, used her sincerity and unwavering dedication to her clients to bring both parties together, ultimately closing a win-win transaction.
